Download Instructions

Follow these simple steps to download and access your digital posters after purchase

📧 Step-by-Step Download Guide

Step 1: Check Your Email

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us within a few minutes. This email contains your download link.

  • Check the email address you used at checkout
  • Look for an email from Tina Print Studio
  • Subject line will include your order number

Step 2: Find the Download Link

Open the email and locate the download button or link. It's usually clearly labeled as "Download Your Files" or "Access Your Purchase".

📨 Can't Find the Email?

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder
  • Check Promotions tab (Gmail users)
  • Wait 15 minutes - sometimes emails are delayed
  • Contact us if you still don't receive it

Step 3: Click the Download Link

Click on the download link in your email. This will either:

  • Automatically download the file to your device, or
  • Open a download page where you can click to download

Step 4: Save Your Files

Once downloaded, save your PDF files to a location you can easily find:

  • Computer: Downloads folder, Desktop, or Documents
  • Phone/Tablet: Files app, Downloads, or Photos

Important: Save the files immediately! Keep them in a safe place for future use.

Windows PC

  1. Click the download link in your email
  2. File will save to your Downloads folder
  3. Open File Explorer and go to Downloads
  4. Double-click the PDF to open
  5. Move to a permanent folder if desired

Mac

  1. Click the download link in your email
  2. File appears in Downloads folder
  3. Open Finder and click Downloads
  4. Double-click to open with Preview
  5. Drag to Documents or Desktop to save
📱

iPhone/iPad

  1. Open email and tap download link
  2. Tap the download icon (arrow down)
  3. File saves to Files app
  4. Open Files app > Downloads
  5. Tap file to view or share
📱

Android

  1. Open email and tap download link
  2. File downloads automatically
  3. Swipe down to see notification
  4. Tap notification to open file
  5. Or go to Files/Downloads app

📂 Opening Your PDF Files

What You Need

PDF files can be opened with:

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download from Adobe.com)
  • Preview (built into Mac)
  • Microsoft Edge or Chrome (web browsers)
  • Mobile PDF viewers (built into iOS/Android)

How to Open

  1. Locate your downloaded PDF file
  2. Double-click (computer) or tap (mobile) to open
  3. File will open in your default PDF viewer
  4. Zoom in to check quality before printing

🔄 Re-downloading Your Files

Need to download your files again? No problem!

  • Keep your original email - the download link stays active
  • Click the link again to re-download anytime
  • Lost the email? Contact us and we'll resend it

💡 Pro Tip

Create a backup! Save your files to cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) or an external drive so you never lose them.

⚠️ Troubleshooting Common Issues

Download Link Doesn't Work

  • Try a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • Disable browser extensions or ad blockers temporarily
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try on a different device

File Won't Open

  • Make sure you have a PDF reader installed
  • Try opening with a different program
  • Re-download the file (it may be corrupted)
  • Check that the download completed fully

File Looks Blurry or Low Quality

  • Zoom in using your PDF viewer - files are high resolution
  • Quality appears lower on screen than when printed
  • Make sure you downloaded the full file (check file size)

Can't Find Downloaded File

  • Check your Downloads folder
  • Search your computer for ".pdf" files
  • Check browser download history
  • Re-download and watch where it saves
